James Knight v. Harold Baker and Aurora

John William Wise, Jr. (Wise) appeals his convictions of aggravated assault and battery,[Footnote 1] drawing a weapon or committing injury upon a police officer,[Footnote 2] theft,[Footnote 3] and automobile banditry.[Footnote 4] The issues presented for review are whether each of the jury verdicts is supported by sufficient evidence. We affirm.
