Publisher Description
James L. Gang and James L. Gang &; Associates, Inc. (collectively "JLGAI") appeal from a summary judgment rendered in favor of Abbott Laboratories. In five points of error, JLGAI contends generally that: (1) the trial court erred in granting summary judgment on its breach of contract claims on the ground that there is no evidence of damages; (2) the trial court erred in finding that Abbott did not breach one of the contracts; (3) the trial court erred in granting summary judgment on the alleged oral agreements on statute of frauds grounds; and (4) the trial court erred in granting summary judgment on its claims for fraud and fraudulent inducement. We overrule JLGAIs points of error and affirm the trial courts judgment.
