The appellant was charged by indictment with the crime of robbery as defined in Burns Ind. Stat., 1956 Repl., § 10-4101. Trial by jury resulted in a verdict of guilty. Appellant was sentenced to the Indiana State Prison for a period of not less than 10 years nor more than 25 years and disfranchised for a period of five years.
