Jameson v. Foster

Plaintiffs, Jack and Berta Jameson, appeal the trial courts judgment denying their claim that certain proceeds paid to defendants, Delbert and Betty Foster, under an insurance policy should be credited against the purchase price of real property. Defendants cross-appeal the trial courts judgment granting plaintiffs specific performance. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
