In Jane Eyre, Charlotte Brontë creates one of the greatest literary heroines of all time. Orphaned as a girl and raised by an abusive aunt, Jane grows into a woman with a deep sense of morality and the courage to resist injustice. As Brontë's novel follows her path to adulthood, Jane struggles with poverty, the restraints of social conventions, and a forbidden romance with her employer Mr. Rochester. Brontë dives into a subject matter darker and more serious than many of her contemporaries, including mental and physical abuse, financial ruin, insanity, and loveless marriages. Yet through it all, Jane remains steadfast, clinging to a morality defined by her character rather than society's mores.

Jane Eyre is the best female heroine of all time!
I absolutely loved this book it is my favorite book too!
I love Jane's strong morals, compassion, independence, and most of all her originality!
I loved reading this book because for once in a Romance novel the heroine is some perfect, flawless damsel in distress and the hero Mr.Rochester wasn't a perfect and flawless Prince Charming, who basically has no real personality, anyway. Mr. Rochester was intelligent, passionate, kind and brilliant, but not physically attractive at all,and very deeply flawed, with his pride, sardonic and domineering attitude, short temper, and deep dark secret(which I won't say because it will spoil the story for you other fellow readers out there)
