Jane Roe v. Dr. David Jefferson

The defendant, Dr. David Jefferson, appeals from the Court of Appeals reversal of the summary judgment entered by the trial court in his favor in this medical malpractice case. The issue for our determination is whether the plaintiff Jane Roes action is barred by the statute of limitations for medical malpractice actions, Tenn. Code Ann. § 29-26-116, under the facts of this case.
