Janice Klatt v. John Raymond Zera Et Al‪.‬

Action by the plaintiff Janice Klatt to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of the automobile in which
she was riding as a guest passenger colliding with another motor vehicle on November 3, 1957. The defendants are the host
driver, John Zera; the other driver Jerome Lang, a minor; John Lang, father of Jerome; Klak, the owner of the vehicle driven
by Jerome; Federal Insurance Company, insurer of the Zera car; and Milwaukee Automobile Mutual Insurance Company (hereinafter
referred to as 'Milwaukee Auto'), insurer of an automobile owned by John Lang not involved in the accident. The basis of the plaintiff's alleged cause of action against John Lang was that prior to the accident he had signed the application
of Jerome Lang for a motor vehicle driver's license. The complaint alleged that Milwaukee Auto prior to the accident had issued
a policy of automobile liability insurance under which it had assumed the liability of both John and Jerome Lang arising out
of the operation of the Klak vehicle. Milwaukee Auto filed an answer to which it attached a copy of its policy issued to John
Lang, and denied coverage.
