The sorry cheat had lied. Of course, that’s what cheats did and now she was headed home. The ink on her divorce barely dry, but he’d been fair in the divorce and with the child support. He’d been honest once he’d been caught and there had no longer been room for doubt.
He was willing to let her and the kids go wherever they wanted. His new woman didn’t want her or the kids anywhere near her or him and he wanted to please her. Fine!
