Jared D. Bowen v. Calallen Independent School District

This teacher non-renewal contract case involves an appeal by the teacher, Jared D. Bowen, from an order of the District Court of Nueces County, Texas, granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Calallen Independent School District (the District), the Districts Board of Trustees (the Board), Clyde Teague (the Superintendent), and Guy Martin (the Principal). The Superintendent, Principal and individual members of the Board all were sued in both their official and individual capacities. We affirm.
