Publisher Description
Per Curiam. This is an interlocutory appeal from a decision by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan under the Federal Torts Claim Act. 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b). In this case, the co-executors and co-administrators of the decedents estate assert that certain employees of the United States were negligent, and that their negligence was the proximate cause of the accident which resulted in the deaths of the decedents. The alleged negligent acts were those of certain federal air traffic controllers working in Indianapolis, Indiana.
