HASTINGS, C.J. The plaintiffs appeal from a jury verdict in favor of the defendant in this action to recover damages for misrepresentation, securities violations, and fraud and deceit. The action was originally filed in the district court for Douglas County, but upon a request for change of venue, the case was tried in the district court for Valley County.
