Appellant was convicted by a jury of participating in a criminal street gang, a class two felony. A.R.S. § 13-2308(A) and (G). The trial court imposed an aggravated, fifteen-year sentence, enhanced by one prior conviction and appellants commission of the offense while he was on parole. Appellant raises three issues on appeal, none of which requires reversal.
