Jeanine Richards v. Dennis Allen Leavitt

PER CURIAM: We granted the petition for interlocutory appeal brought by the defendant City of Woodland Hills (Woodland Hills) from an order of the trial court denying its motion to dismiss plaintiffs action against it on the ground that plaintiff had failed to comply with notice requirements of the governmental immunity act. We reverse the trial courts order.
