Jeff Barber v. Frank Honorof and Carol

This is an appeal by Frank and Carol Honorof (Honorof) from a judgment in favor of Jeff Barber (Barber) in an action to foreclose a materialmans lien. We affirm the judgment of the trial court insofar as it ordered the lien foreclosed, dismissed Honorofs counterclaim, and denied Barbers request for prejudgment interest. However, we reverse and remand this case to the district court to determine Barbers reasonable attorney fees.
