Jefferson County School District R-1 v. Gilbert

The defendants, Patrick, John, Thomas, James, and Ruth Gormley (Gormleys) and the Mesa County Board of County Commissioners (Board), appeal the trial courts judgment reversing in part the Boards resolution granting a rezoning to the Gormleys property. We reverse and remand with directions to reinstate the rezoning.
