Jeffersonville Silgas v. Robert N. Wilson

This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiffs-appellees for conversion of a gas tank and fuel system. Thye case was tried to the court without a jury, with evidence consisting of answers of interrogatories, stipulations of certain facts, and testimony by both plaintiffs-appellees, Robert N. Wilson and his wife, Evelyn Wilson.
