Jeffery Leroy Whitehead v. Elizabeth Ann

Elizabeth Ann Whitehead appeals a supplemental divorce decree and judgment retroactively relieving Jeffery LeRoy Whitehead from paying Mrs. Whitehead unpaid temporary family support arrearages. Mrs. Whitehead also contests the distribution of marital debts and business assets and challenges the district courts failure to award her alimony and attorney fees. We affirm in part, and reverse and remand in part.
