Jeffrey A. Cole v. State Indiana

Union Miniere, S.A. (Miniere), Bicknell Minerals, Inc. (Bicknell) and Union Mines, Inc. (UMI) appeal the Knox Superior Courts entry of partial summary judgment in favor of Parday Corp. (Parday) and certain former shareholders of Bicknell (former shareholders). We reverse and remand this case for trial on the merits.
