In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., defendants Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Metropolitan Suburban Bus Authority appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Morrison, J.), dated May 4, 1982, as, upon reargument, adhered to its prior determination, dated January 21, 1982, which denied their motion for a protective order against plaintiffs.
