Jerald W. Vacura v. Haars Equipment

Appellant challenges the district courts denial of her motion to dismiss respondents fraudulent-conveyance claim and the district courts grant of summary judgment to respondent on appellants wrongful-levy claim. Because the district court erred when it denied appellants motion to dismiss respondents fraudulent-conveyance claim, we reverse. We also reverse and remand the district courts grant of summary judgment on the wrongful-levy claim because genuine issues of material fact exist.
