Jerry Rang Clayton & Wilford Fritz Gallegos v. State Texas

These are appeals from convictions for engaging in organized criminal activity. Specifically, appellants, along with some 28 other individuals were indicted and tried for conspiring to commit unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine with the intent to establish, maintain and participate in a combination or profits of a combination. The facts of the offense are not in issue and need not be recited.
