This is an appeal from the district courts summary dismissal of an application for post-conviction relief. We are asked to determine (1) whether the allegations contained in the application were sufficient to entitle the applicant to an evidentiary hearing on his claims of ineffective assistance of counsel, and (2) whether the district court should have granted the applicants requests for discovery. For the reasons explained below, we affirm.
