Publisher Description
In Jesus, the One and Only, best-selling author and Bible teacher Beth Moore invites you to know Christ personally. Watch and listen as He breaks up a funeral by raising the dead, confronts conniving religious leaders of His day, teaches on a Galilean hillside, or walks on the waves and calms the storm.
Like a ragtag band of followers two thousand years ago, you will never be the same again after such an up close and personal encounter.
“He is Jesus, the One and Only, transcendent over all else,” writes Moore. “To know Him is to love Him. To love Him is to long for Him. To long for Him is to finally reach soul hands into the One true thing we need never get enough of . . . Jesus Christ. He’s all you need.”
Available for the first time in eBook, this new edition also features an excerpt from Moore’s Jesus, the One and Only Bible study.
PUBLISHERS WEEKLY
Moore, a beloved Christian literature author, offers personal and heartfelt inquiries into the Bible, her interpretations sometimes skirting conjecture (although she does alert the reader when she is straying from actual scripture). Moore's passionate connection to Jesus Christ is conveyed with warmth and sincerity by Laural Merlington, whose clear and resonant reading makes the listening a powerful journey. Listeners travel with Jesus of Nazareth through his earthly ministry to the crucifixion and beyond in an audiobook that is an excellent marriage of writer and narrator and one that puts Jesus' singular life into perspective. A B&H hardcover.

Love it
I love the way Beth uses her imagination to see the scenes and picture the emotions that are portrayed in the Bible. It’s not ‘adding to’. Oh no, it’s allowing yourself to notice it all. And what she notices is little details, some from research into a word , others from research into a custom or geography of the time. But it makes it come alive for me.
Wonderfully Written
Enjoyed her opinions, references and personal stories to example her point! This book is a Great teaching source!
