Jinns’ Fiesta

Kumushkent presents an English translation of the short story “Jinlar Bazmi” written by Abdullah Qodiriy (1894-1938), the most celebrated Uzbek writer of the 20th century. Tragically, the writer was executed as “enemy of the people” during Stalin’s Great Purge. 


This story is translated from Uzbek by Djavlonbek Kadirov; and edited by Hanifa Kodirova & Nilufar Allayarova.
