Publisher Description

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of aggravated robbery. After a plea of not guilty was entered, appellant was tried and convicted by a jury, and upon finding the enhancement allegations true, the jury assessed punishment at sixty years confinement. Appellant brings thirty points of error complaining of the trial courts jurisdiction, the trial court overruling his challenges to the jury array, improper comments by the court and the prosecutor, being deprived of a sufficient record on appeal, and the trial courts overruling his objections to certain hearsay testimony. We affirm.
