Publisher Description

Action for divorce commenced by John A. Reimer against his wife, Alma J. Reimer, upon the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment
other than by physical violence. In her answer the defendant denied the allegations of cruel and inhuman treatment alleged
in the complaint, alleged that there had been condonation, and that plaintiff himself was guilty of conduct toward the defendant
that constituted cause for divorce amounting to recrimination. The case was tried to the court. Findings of fact and Conclusions of law were filed and on June 4, 1958, judgment was entered
granting plaintiff a divorce from the defendant, awarding custody of the three minor children of the parties to the defendant,
providing for payments by the plaintiff of support money for the children, for a division of the property of the parties and
for the payment of alimony to the defendant. The defendant appealed from said judgment.
