John andre Audette v. A. E. Lindahl

Action in the district court for Hennepin county on behalf of John Andre Audette, a minor, by his father and natural guardian, to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff when struck by the auto truck of defendant A. E. Lindahl, driven by the defendant Stephen Harmon. The case was tried before Arthur W. Selover, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict returned for defendants. From an order denying his motion for a new trial, plaintiff appealed.
