Plaintiff Fred Tucker sued defendant John Williamson on a note. Defendant raised affirmative defenses and a counterclaim, as well as filing several dilatory pleas and motions. The trial court granted plaintiffs motion for summary judgment. Defendant appeals from the judgment and urges sixty-five (65) points of error. We overrule each of defendants points of error and affirm. The points of error and related facts will be discussed in general groups.
