Publisher Description
This complaint in trespass was initiated by appellant, John F. Schenkel, who alleged that appellee, Herbert Monheit, Esq., negligently handled a tort action entrusted to him by appellant. The lower court granted appellees motion for summary judgment in the instant case, because the court found that appellant was not damaged by appellees alleged malpractice. We have reviewed the record and find that the decision of the trial court was justifiable. Therefore, we affirm the lower courts summary judgment for appellee.
