RYAN, Circuit Judge. Honeywell Information Systems, Inc. appeals a jury verdict in favor of Mildred Johnson on a wrongful discharge claim. Johnson cross-appeals a directed verdict in favor of Honeywell on her claim that the discharge was in retaliation for her opposition to alleged violations of Michigan's Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, Mich. Comp. Laws §§ 37.2101 to 37.2804.
