Publisher Description

A jury found appellant guilty of aggravated robbery. The jury assessed a twenty-three year sentence and a $10,000 fine. Appellant contends: (1) the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction; (2) he did not have effective assistance of counsel during trial; (3) reversible error occurred when the State cross-examined his character witnesses; and (4) the trial court erred by allowing the State to introduce evidence of an extraneous offense. We overrule appellants points of error. We affirm the trial courts judgment.
