In an action to recover the proceeds of an insurance policy, a contractual waiver of the insurance premiums is sufficiently pleaded under the plain terms of Rule 9(c) of the West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure by a general allegation in the complaint that all conditions of the policy have been performed.
