Judd v. Immigration and Naturalization Service

Order Before EDWARDS, Chief Judge, WEICK and MERRITT, Circuit Judges. Upon consideration of the briefs, records and arguments of counsel in this proceeding to review an order of deportation issued by the Immigration and Naturalization Service and the Board of Immigration Appeals' order dismissing the appeal and finding petitioners deportable pursuant to 8 U.S.C. 1251(a)(2) for remaining in the United States longer than permitted, we find no error in the proceedings and order affecting the substantial rights of the petitioners.
