This volume is not the "same as volume 1" as stated in the description. You need to purchase volume 1 in addition, or in place of, this document. This volume contains scanned documents from a case. I'm not sure why this couldn't have been included with the initial volume instead of requiring two purchases and why there is no mention of the two different volumes, and how they are used together, in the descriptions.
