Perfect
Remi and Raven had their hands full because of the psychopath adopted brother. The fear and stalking and her idiot adopted mother added to the suspense. After months of being afraid and things happening, a sweet HEA was found in the end. Loved this book.
Thoroughly Enjoyed It
Just One More Moment by Carly Phillips is the first book in the new Sterling Family series, which is another family connected to the Dares. This book is about Remington Sterling and Raven Walsh. Raven is too consumed with running from her past to think about falling in love. She believes that anyone she gets close to will be in danger. Remy is determined to convince her otherwise. When Raven’s life is at risk, he will do almost anything to keep her safe. This was a short book, but it captured the necessary emotions and plot development to create a good story. This author is good at her craft and is amazing at creating interconnected worlds. All the elements were here: past tragedies that made them the people that they were, a current problem to be solved, amazing chemistry, a caring alphahero protector and a strong, brave woman who stands on her own two feet. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and if you enjoy a contemporary romance with light romantic suspense then you will too. I am voluntarily submitting this honest review after reading an advanced complementary copy of this book thanks to Wildfire Marketing and CP Publishing.
Raven & Remy
An awesome beginning to the Sterling Family series. It’s a Dare spin-off and two of the characters in “Just One Tease”, Raven and Remy, are the focus of this first story. More information about Raven and the Sterling family is revealed. Mystery, suspense, and spicy romance scenes are delivered in Carly Phillip’s special style. Can’t wait for the next Sterling story.
