Great Inspirational Romantic Suspense
Justice Denied is a gripping addition to the Seeking Justice series. The story features Jetta Ainsley who calls on her mother’s next door neighbor photojournalist Seth Whitman to help find out the truth about embezzlement accusations leveled against her late father fifteen years ago. Their delving into the past to clear his name brings danger for her and her mother as well as for Seth who is determined to protect them. Set in Virginia, the well-paced plot, with timely twists plus plenty of suspense, and relatable but emotionally complex characters kept me guessing and invested in the outcome. I enjoyed reconnecting with Brogan and Melender from the first book in the series and admire their strong support for Seth and Jetta. I enjoyed the development of the challenging but sweet romance hampered by past traumas in both Jetta and Seth’s lives. I especially appreciate the strong faith Seth demonstrates in his daily life and the renewed faith that comes for Jetta and her mom. I think inspirational romantic suspense fans will find this book well worth their time. Note: Even though there are carryover characters from the first book, this one can easily be read as a standalone
