KALATHI

KALATHI
The Uproar

In a quiet village where nothing has changed for generations, the dead are beginning to speak, and the living are too afraid to listen.

When a string of brutal murders shakes a remote village, the terrified villagers see only one explanation: the wrath of a vengeful god. But Arivu, a 210-IQ outsider with no patience for superstition, sees something else entirely, a pattern. Evidence doesn't lie. People do.

Paired with a sharp-tongued, endlessly sarcastic assistant who somehow always finds the missing piece, Arivu begins peeling back the village's layers, and finds far more than he bargained for. A woman named Ragi, more tangled in the case than she lets on. A confession from Kavitha that turns out to be only half the truth. A killer who may not be working alone, and a reason Arivu was lured here in the first place that has nothing to do with justice.

As the body count rises and the village's fear curdles into panic, Arivu is forced into a choice no logic can solve: save the person he can't lose, or expose the truth the whole village is drowning in.

Not every question has an answer. But some truths refuse to stay buried.
