Garbage
Full of technical inaccuracies, and the same regurgitated non sense about Japanese swords that has been around for the last fifty years. They will not cut through iron. The Japanese helmet was made in such vast numbers because it worked, so there's no accuracy to the statements about swords cutting through them. In fact the entire first section of the book is mostly wrong. If it says one thing, do yourself a favor and assume the very opposite od the statement.
And the pics are terrible when viewed on my iPad. They stay tiny and impossible to see. The only reason I payed the $2.99 for it in the first place.
Terrible book, don't waste even the small amount of money needed.
