Publisher Description

Interesting
My interest for this series after reading the first book, Katie's Hellion, have increased. I just wasn't impressed or drawn to the abuse the female characters partake in the book, and it doesn't get much better in this book, but at least the main male lead treats his counterpart significantly better, yet I can't hold his personality against him for it wasn't his fault if it's all he's ever known. The female lead, well her situation is unfortunate but things might get better hopefully though her situation kind of reminds me of an abuse victim and she kind of drove me crazy with her hot and cold attitude. The storyline is different, a little confusing honestly, but I enjoyed this authors work of the Witchling Series, so i just need to check out her other works that sound intriguing. I will admit thought it will probably take me a while to finish this particular series but it won't stop me from checking out her other work, the rating for me has gone up a star, due to the increased good behavior of the male lead, and a unique storyline that just entice the reader to continue to know the outcome and what the characters choices will be.
