I have not found another word that covers this subject.  The word can be applied to almost any project that requires renovating.  We have included in this techbook, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, granny flats, whole house makeovers,  Scottish Tower Houses,  Stately Home makeovers, hotel makeovers, even touching on offices, meeting rooms, and suggesting possible new valley  and urban developments.
