Fascinating
This book has many parallels to my life and I relate to Kelly in so many ways. While this may not appeal to others, to me it is up there with the Lord of the Rings. It has given me examples and ways to articulate situations that I plan to use to move many ideas forward. I have worked in a startup capacity my whole life even at large companies. This explains why I have had much resistance and why the only way I’ve found to move some ideas forward is with the help of a Vice President which is in a similar capacity as a General. This book is incredibly helpful to anyone that thinks like Kelly.
