Too much Carbs

I Keto you have a limited carbs 20g per day or less to have greater fat loss... most of the recipes I saw has too much carbohydrates.

Carb Galore

Your suppose to limit your carbs, and this book has recipes, which are loaded with carbs. Bad choice of books to buy. It just don’t make any since.
