To me the hardest thing about going on Keto diet is Asian Food. I love Asian Food soooooo much! And then I found Keto Resturant Favorites by Maria Emmerich. There lots of great recipes in this book. i have tried so many of them and the instructions are very clear and the pictures are inspriing. I especially love the soups.
