The book was packed full of information as well as many good recipes. However, the majority of the information was not articulated in words that the everyday consumer can understand. Many people do not remember the biology that they took in high school so the way the information was not helpful. It makes the average person feel like they are just taking your word because they don't know what is actually being said. I'm going to continue researching the topic because I have heard good weight loss comments about the Keto diet but also many bad things about what it does for your health.
Obviously a poor translation to English
Recipe directions often nonsensical as if not translated properly to English
