I didnt even get that far in the book because the very first recipe mentions eggs. Im sorry but vegans DO NOT EAT EGGS. So how can this possibly be a vegan cookbook?
This book title is outright wrong ... it’s vegetarian and should be labeled as such. Eggs, cheese, etc aren’t vegan. I’d be mad if I paid for this and it wasn’t vegan...thankfully it was free and I’ll have to modify recipes.
