Six-year old loved it!
I read this to a friend's six-year old last night and she loved it. I should say "we read it" because she read most of the animal names, and that was really fun for her. (I covered up the pictures while she sounded out the word.) She pressed the button for the read-aloud pronunciation whether or not she could read the name -- every time! And of course she pressed all the slide show buttons. She responded to all of the pictures by saying something she knew about the animals or asking questions if she didn't know that animal. The photos are clear, beautiful and dramatic. Great book!

Good book with sound and visuals for learning. Cool pictures!
Terrific book
Children discover in this book what amazingly different forms animals take and the great photos show what an array of colors occur in the natural world. The diverse choice of photos give the parent and child many things to talk about. Fun!
