In part 3 of this legendary love story, Shanecia reaches her breaking point after realizing that her involvement with Legend has brought her close to death way too many times and decides to return to Spelman as a single woman. Legend, who has not even attempted to imagine life without her since they became a couple, is torn and launches a horrific assault on the city of Miami in his effort to get rid of Mello and get Shanecia back. He is determined to stop at nothing to prove to her that by his side is where she needs to be and that he can keep her safe. After finding Danny with Alicia, Maliah has seemingly cured herself of the love that she still had for her children's father and dives into her relationship with Murk.
