Trauma/Rape Warning
Couldn’t get past the scene of her being raped in the first chapter.. actually didn’t even manage to finish that part, but it had me emotionally scarred for days trying to forget it. Never had a rape scene in a book affect me so negatively but I couldn’t handle it and wanted to warn others since I wasn’t.
Young teen
This appears as an adult book, but it’s a KIDS “romance”. I’m not comfortable as an adult reading about kids having sex so this was a no go for me as soon as I realized the main characters were kids.
