Know You Are Special is about Shea, a precious little girl who was born different. Shea has Spina Bifida. Even though, she was born different and did not feel like the other children, she loved going to school. Shea's friends helped her and made her feel loved. She was just like them when they were together. Now that's what you call real friends.
