Kubbette and the Ballet Bears

In this picture book for 4 to 7 yr. olds, Kubbette, an eager koala, joins the Bear Ballet School to study and perform the ballet "Swan Lake." At first, the bears do not accept the young koala because she isn't really a bear. Eventually, they appreciate Kubbette's talents, as she helps them solve some unforeseen difficulties during the performance. The ballet bears and Kubbette realize it is okay to be different; that everyone is special in their own way.
